The start to 30 different ways of growing revenue for your ecom store

How can you instantly add revenue to your e-commerce store?

Start with a welcome sequence.

“ What does that mean? “

“ What does it look like? “

“ Why does it work? “

All the answers to those questions and more….. Starts NOW.

Day 1/30 Welcome Sequences

Now before you call me crazy, let’s take a look at what it means:

In email marketing, it’s the sequence of emails that are sent out to a new prospect of the brands email list to introduce the customer.

For example, if you ever purchased something online, or signed up to an email list to get a discount it may look something like this:

When working with smaller brands than Fiverr we use a different approach to welcome emails.

A lot of big brands are heavy on big popping images and cool moving htmls, but the highest converting emails are copywriting text!

This is the middle section of a welcome email for a brand, but you can see the massive difference from the first one I showed you.

Now:

Why does it work?

Welcome Sequences are so strong because they play an important part in psychology that goes on behind the scenes.

When you sign up to a brands email list whether it was for the discount, because your interested in the brand, or you just wanted their emails…

In all cases, you subconsciously agreed to purchase from the brand now or down the line.

And the welcome sequence and every other flow I will teach you plays along with your subconscious to eventually give in and buy.

You see,

when you are entered into the email list you trigger the first flow which is the welcome sequence.

Here are the points a strong welcome flow will touch on:

  1. Brand Origin Story

  2. Unique Selling Point / Differentiator

  3. Further Brand Story

  4. Storytelling Email

  5. Offer / Promo

Now there is a lot more going on than just the blatant words to describe each email’s goal, but the point is to cover these aspects in order to build a relationship and create opportunities to upsell.

I could go hours in-depth on welcome sequences and how they generate revenue, but I’ll leave you here with this.
