Saving the sale once again, but this time with a more personal channel
You found sunglasses.
It’s early March, and you're getting ready for the Summer.
They’re tinted, fit like a sock, and are marketed as the most durable glasses online.
Bold claims here.
And then you’re kid runs into the room asking you to play outside with them.
Without this flow, your beloved sunglasses would be lost in a thought train that will never hit the station.
Klayvio Setup:

The trigger is simple, and in my flow, I wait about 15 minutes before I send an email, but where does SMS come into play?

30 minutes after the email we send an SMS to the customers who are signed up, which helps close the sale if they haven’t checked their email.
But what do I say?

Just like I said in the last one, your messages are simple because what matters most is the reminder.
You totally forgot because your kid ran into the room, and we’re saving the sale by reminding you on your phone to finish your purchase.
Super effective especially as we break out of email, and show up next to the “what’s for dinner text”.
