what to do when they've finished the buying process to earn more revenue
Is this you?
You got the customer to make the sale.
You potentially got an upsell on top of the original sale for your business.
And now they are just sitting on your email list.
What do you do now?
We keep them engaged and extend their lifetime value with our brand through:

This will be the first of a 3 part mission to learn how to move our customers back into the “buying cycle”.
“The buying cycle” is at the top of our funnel and the customer would trickle down the sequences again, adding even more lifetime value per customer.
But before we start dreaming…..
How do we make that happen??
Let’s start today with the VIP Sequence:
This will include a segment of the people who spend the most money with you.
Determine the average order value, and then depending on your business metrics choose a high order value to be a separator.
If you don’t have the highest average order value you could add a definition as high order count in time.
For example, customers who have bought from your brand more than 1x in the last 30 days, or customers who have high order volume ( products per order )
Now set up an automation to send out emails to this segment of customers with about 3 emails.
Send emails acknowledging your customers who are spending the most money with you.
Ask how you can serve them better and get them to feel like they’re part of your brand.
Offer an exclusive reward to acknowledge them as a valued customer.
Simple.
But it will make you a good chunk of extra money because most likely they were going to buy again.
And we just gave them a personal thank you, and an incentive to buy even more.
You make more money off the customers who have already bought or are interested in your products.
So this one is a no-brainer.
And for the customers you convert:
They have now entered at the top of the funnel again, trickling down until they hit the next part of AFTER DELIVERY AUTOMATION.
